If we can't make the loop fun in a week, the deck won't fix it. We build before we present, every time.

Ship the boring parts first.

Settings, accessibility, error states. The unglamorous half of a game is what makes it feel finished.

One team, start to launch.

No handoffs to a different studio for "production." The people who design it are the people who ship it.

Honest about data.

We tell you when retention is bad even when the contract has months left to run. That's the whole job.
