Common questions.
/01 How quickly will I hear back?
Within two working days, always from a real human at the studio. If something is urgent, mention it in the subject line and we will move it up the queue. We don't use auto-responders.
/02 Do you take on small projects?
Sometimes. Anything under six weeks tends to be too short to prove much, but we will say so on the call rather than over-quote. If it's the right shape of work we will tell you that too.
/03 Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We will sign a reasonable mutual NDA before reviewing anything you consider confidential. Send the document over, or use ours.
/04 Where are you based, and do you travel?
London. We work remotely most of the time and travel for kickoffs and launches. For UK and EU clients we can usually be on-site inside a week.
/05 Do you take revenue share?
On the right project, yes — partial fee, partial share. We are upfront about which kind of engagement we think yours is. We don't do pure spec.
